Changwang Noodle(肠旺面)

Changwang Noodle(肠旺面): it was listed in Guiyang during the reign of Tongzhi in the Qing Dynasty. At the end of the Qing Dynasty and the beginning of the Republic of China, Su Desheng, a native of Guiyang, improved his quality, with noodles, pig large intestine, blood, meat dryness as the main raw materials, with more than 20 kinds of excipients, fine operation. So it developed into a famous snack.

Siwawa(丝娃娃)

Siwawa(丝娃娃) is one of the most common snacks on the streets of Guiyang, which is quite like a newborn baby wrapped in "swaddling clothes" in the delivery room, hence its name. With the development of tourism, now known as Vegetarian Spring Rolls, the Siwawa(丝娃娃) is a two-inch diameter round piece, wrapped with a little vermicelli, mung bean sprouts, shredded lettuce, shredded kelp, shredded radish and crispy soybeans. When eating, pour a small spoon with seasoning made of soy sauce, vinegar, chili, chives, monosodium glutamate and so on.

Beef powder(牛肉粉)

Beef powder: it is a very popular breakfast snack in Guiyang. Huaxi(花溪) beef powder has become a favorite snack brand, which has the characteristics of mellow soup and spicy flavor.

Tofu Yuanzi(豆腐圆子)

Legend has it that the Qing government held a "imperial meeting" in the thirteenth year of Tongzhi of the Qing Dynasty (AD 1874). The city was banned from slaughter for several days, and when meat was not allowed, there was a tofu workshop surnamed Lei, which made a garden out of tofu, fried it in vegetable oil and sold it, making it famous in the capital. After improvement, the fried tofu garden is as tender as snow, covered with little "beehives", brown and yellow in color, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
